Whisper problems

Hello,
It seems I have a problem with other people seeing my messages, I first observed it when I tried to trade with other players, as many whispers as I have send no one was responding to them, so after a few days of trying I asked for help from a friend on discord to see if I can whisper him and it didn't work. I can see him sending the message but he doesn't receive anything. It seems that he also can't see other messages from me as I tried writing in party chat and he saw nothing. Thank you for your time. If anyone else is noticing anything weird with their chat messages such as your messages don't appear to be going through or you're not receiving replies back after sending out some whispers/trade messages, please contact us at support@grindinggear.com from the email address associated to your Path of Exile account.
