Scion Miner - Inquisitor ascendancy Consecrated Ground bug

Hi,

Inquisitor ascendancy gives "10% chance to create Consecrated Ground when you Hit a Rare or Unique...". I wasn't sure this was going to work with Mines so I tried it out. Found out that some mines do create Consecrated Ground and some don't.

Examples :

Glacial Cascade - Does not create CG
Eye of Winter - Creates CG
Voltaxic Burst - Creates CG
Creeping Frost - Does not create CG

From my findings, it seems to be a very similar, if not the same, bug as with Zealotry...which seems to have been going on since 3.8-3.9
