[3.16] Marauder Chieftain Tectonic Slam Feedback

Hello PoE Community!

Running a Chieftain Tectonic Slam with 100% Fire Damage conversion on the slam and Infernal Cry and Intimidating Cry for boosting the damage further. Using Molten Shell for my Guard skill, Vitality and Determination as my auras, Leap Slam as my movement skill and have Vaal Ancestral Warchief and Stone Golem as add ons.

I've gone back and forth with the passive tree below, but still don't have enough survivability.

Currently at around 5200 Life. At full 6 Endurance charges (which Chieftain ascendancy lets me keep up all the time with my Warcries) Physical Damage reduction hits the 90% cap, and Elemental Resistances are capped as well. My Chaos Res is unfortunately the black sheep of my build with around -32%.

Can't recall what my Life Regen currently is, but it is relatively high, but maybe not high enough. I do have some Life Leech from Ascendancy and passives, but not a very large amount. You can check the equipment I'm currently using via my PoE account. I am currently trying to replace my Boots and Helmet, as well as one of my rings, and I'm thinking of adding Enduring Cry to my skill list to replace Vaal Ancestral Warchief and Anger to replace Determination.
