The Gull not giving shrines

So I got the gull this league for my flame totem build. It was working fine like a few days ago giving me plenty of shrines. But lately, I might not see a single shrine spawn for an entire map.
I am pretty sure you guys havent nerfed anything, but it feels very odd. Can anyone test and take a look? Last bumped on Nov 16, 2021, 3:52:54 PM

Remove CWDT setup from helmet

why would cwdt affect the gull though its not even linked

It's linked. Having more than one trigger condition will cause those skills to be disabled.
