I'm stuck at checking resources

Dear ggg support/technical team I don't know where to post this report so I decided it's here.

Problem:
I'm stuck at checking resources then disconnected form patching server



I'm using the standalone client and running windows 10. The game was ok on my last play. My net is only 10mbs so clean install of the game will be very difficult for me it will cripple my online activities.
