The possibility to switch the interaction between left click and walk to another key.

Briefly about my problem: when playing POE with the intended controls (move/loot left click and attack right click) I develop severe pain in my fingers after only a short time, because of the permanent stress on the fingers. That's why I have attack on the spacebar and move on W. This allows me to play POE without pain, even over long periods of time, because I use the right mouse button (almost) no more and left mouse button only for doors and looting.

The problem is that moving with W (or other key) does not allow the same function as left click. Because left click allows to move and use abilities (like Steelskin) on CD. Whereas moving with the W key does not allow this interaction. That's why I suggest to equalize the two forms of movement, so that with a key other than left click you can still perform the same interaction as with left click.

This would be a great idea.

I want the same "move and use skill" functionality on a separate key as well.
