The Mecriless Labyrinth and Eternal Bugged

I have completed all trails and yet when I go to the activation device it says "You must have completed all trails and all labyrinths to activate this labyrinth" . I can't complet my ascendancy tree because of this. Need help. Thank you for reading.

You probably know this stuff, but let's just check the basics:

1) There are separate trials for each Lab. The trials for Normal Lab are in Acts 1-3, trials for Cruel Lab are in Acts 6-7, and trials for Merc Lab are in Acts 8-10. Trials only need to be completed once per league, no matter how many characters you have in that league (although it is worth noting that SSF, Trade, HC, in all their combinations, are separate "leagues"). So, for example, if you have completed the Trials in Standard (or any previous league, like Expedition or Ultimatum), then you need to do them again in Scourge. You can check the plaque at the entrance to the lab area (in town) to see which trials you have done. I think you can also check in the Aspirants Plaza as well. If any of the circles aren't lit, you haven't found that trial. There are 6 trials for Normal Lab (available for viewing the Act 3 town) and 3 each for Cruel and Merc (available for viewing in the Act 8 town).

2) You must complete the previous Lab in order to access the next, for each character. So if your particular character has done Normal Lab, they can do Cruel Lab but not Merc or Eternal. After they complete Cruel, it will unlock Merc, and Merc unlocks Eternal. These "unlocks" assume you have met the other requirements.

3) There is a level requirement for at least some of the labs. Eternal requires level 68. I think Merc might require 50? I'm not certain of the requirements for anything below Eternal.

4) Eternal Lab requires an offering to enter. You no longer need to complete Trials for entering the Eternal Lab, just find an offering (either from a Trial, or from some league mechanic, or from trade).

If none of that helped, you might be experiencing some kind of bug.

Incorrect.

Those are the *zone levels* of the labs.

I'm talking about Character level limits.

But you can't actually enter Eternal Lab until your character is level 68. We know this because they changed it from 60 to 68 this patch, it was in the notes.
