My realm server is lagging only for me not for my friend and in another realm everything is perfect

WinMTR is perfect, my country's realm is freezing the ping to 5k ms when a lot of things happen on the screen and then everything comes back in accelerated time as I show in the video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QotHCwyEtkc the strange thing is, for my friend in the instance the server is perfect for me it freezes my ping when a lot of things happens on the screen now that the strange thing comes, if i log into other country's realm, none of that happens is a problem that is related only to this realm and to me, no one else, what can it be? " that do sound a bit strange.... Is you and your friend using the same ISP / how close to each other are you ? We can see in the video that your game latency suddenly jumps up, but this is not reflected in the WinMTR report. What is your "Networking node" set to ?
