Catarina Syndicate Mastermind - can't complete

Killed third member then I died. Came back and absolutely nothing happening is in the arena. Catarina is up in the air, invulnerable, nothing to attack and third totem won't activate to progress encounter.

Logged off and back on etc. but no change. Was really hoping for some good loot but obviously can't complete now. Major bummer.
