Can't add Kirac to hideout or open atlas.

When I was around level 50-55 I got an expedition logbook, and so I ran it in my hideout. Initially the portals opened around Dannig, but when I exited out of it I suddenly had the map device in my hideout, with the portals around that. I didn't think too much of it at the time, but now that I've been doing some maps I realized that I never was able to start "Picking up the Pieces", and instead I just had "Chasing a Dream" already in progress. I'm not able to open up my atlas to see maps at all, and I can't get Kirac in my hideout at all.

…shoot. That was my only hunch, unfortunately. Hopefully someone from GGG weighs in.

It seems that now Kirak does not give the quest immediately, you need to go to The Templar Laboratory in Oriath and talk to Kirak there.

Oh wow I think I must have just spaced and assumed that because the map device was there that there wasn't anything else to do. I was able to go and trigger the quest by going in the laboratory, there weren't any objective prompts or trackers for it but it was all able to be completed anyways. Everything is working now, thank you!
