Can't buy microtransactions in shop

Now that I've got your attention, would it be at all possible to please have a look at the issues with the Australian server. I've noticed that a lot of NZ players, myself included, get extreme latency spikes throughout the day. Now this wasn't an issue when the NZ server was available (and yes, I realise that wasn't an official server) but when I originally posted about the latency issues with Aus server, using the Auckland (NZ) gateway was the solution that was provided.

Please can we have either some assistance or at least communication acknowledging the fault and with an indication of what's being done?
