Intuitive Leap Jewel and Mastery's

I was doing some testing with the Intuitive Leap Jewel, and if you take the notables it still doesn't allow you to get the Mastery for that node, you have to path all the way into it. I didnt see any notes on if this is working correctly or if possibly just something missed with that jewel and the new system.

There was a reddit post by Bex stating that intuitive leap doesn't work...You have to actually get to the notable.
