Immortal Call Not Triggering while Supported by Inc Duration

As can be seen from the video Immortal Call does not trigger with Cast when damage taken while linked to increased duration, but when I remove Inc duration it triggers just fine.

This doesn't look like a bug, it looks like you don't have enough mana to cast it with increased duration linked...
Cwdt used mana now (since 3.15?) and has a multiplier of 250%... Base IC: 24 Mana CWDT: 250% Inc. Duration: 130% 24*2.5*1.3 = 78 mana. You only have 76 available... | |
