Green quest Icons moving on minimap

Unsure how to explain this one but I had various green quest marker icons from my loot filter appear on my minimap after a Heist quest contract dropped during a map. I tried to record this but my game crashed shortly after taking a few screenshots.

These markers would move randomly around the map even in locations I had not gone to yet and had no items dropped in.

These markers started to show up after a quest contract dropped while following an Abyss and started following along the Abyss crack and dropping a marker at each stop the crack made. Once the Abyss encounter was over they started to show up and move around the minimap during the rest of the map.

I never went into the Scourge during this map and I have already collected the Furance quest item and turned it in so I do not believe it is related to that.



The marker on the bottom of this second screenshot is the Heist contract still on the ground and the middle marker is where the Abyss stopped to spawn monsters.
