The Game won't launch no matter what I try

Hello I approach thee humbly as a man who is defeated.
I am coming back to POE after a few months of not playing, and every time I try to launch the game on steam it won't launch. The steam client says its running, but the program is not in the task manager and I have to exit the program via resource manager. Things that I have tried to fix the problem: Fresh install POE (twice) Reinstall Steam Edit repository and do the thing with winmgmt on cmd Cleared various caches Firewall disabling Change my network connectivity (from Wifi to ethernet) If it makes any difference, I have recently upgraded my PC from windows 7 to windows 10. This may be causing the problem, but I have no idea how and all steps were taken after changing OS. bump please. I also cannot load the game. I have tried to install from Steam and the website. I get no errors from the laucnher but the following Windows Event error:

EVERYONE!! THIS WORKED FOR MEEEE
1. Go into the NVida control panel resolution lower to 1366 x 768 2. Start Game runs this time 3. Exit Game 4. Change resolution back and run again. |

" This worked for me! Almost... Only thing I had to do was restart my PC after changing Nvidia settings because the client still would not launch but now it's working. Not sure how you figured this out; cheers! |

" Thank you for the pointer in the right direction For me 1. Launch game (shows running in steam) 2. open desktop settings and change resolution to aufthebin14's recommendation 3. Game is now visible, wait for resolution change prompt to revert back to original ~NeoIsTaken

" GGG doesn't offer TECH support "for the moment" (been like this for several years now), so you will have to sort this out yourself / with help from the community. |

Game doesn't launch after BIOS update.
As i get it after some experiments - My sound drivers didn't update correctly, so i run game with '-ns' property and it worked. |
