Battlemages Cry with Consecrated Path not working as expected.

Summery: When using Battlemage's Cry to trigger a spell while using Consecrated Path, the position the spell is triggered from is where you teleport FROM, not where you arrive as I would expect.

To Reproduce: Socket any spell with Battlemage's Cry, cast Battlemage's Cry, then perform Consecrated Path attack from far enough away to trigger the teleport.

Issue: Spell is triggered from where you began the attack, not where the attack actually performed its first hit like how the skill says. This impacts gamefeel and my ability to make cool builds that work like how I would expect them to.
