Unable to parse parameter for HasExplicitMod rule:No mods found matching “of Reflexes”

When logging in, I receive since yesterday (22.10.2021() following error message:

Yeah, I have same issue with online filters from https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/NeverSink/item-filters

When I run game in russian localization, it install 8.2.0 filter version.
But, when I run game in english localization, it install 8.3.0 filter version.

Same issue on german localization, as I can see - https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1246208/page/415#p24353502

It's filters bug or game bug?

I'm getting the same today.
