How to calculate zombie life?

I'm not sure how to calculate the life of zombies I summon, and did not find much when searching for it.
I only found this here: https://poedb.tw/de/Raise_Zombie#Lvl84, but if I can read the answer out of it, I'm not sure on how to, either: Does it mean that the life is depending on the level of the region where I summon it and not on the gem level at all, and it always counts as having 375% increased life, thus, having 167651 life in total at lvl 84 would mean a base life of 167651/4.75 = 35295; with Mon'treguls Grasp (+5000 life), lvl 21 minion life (50% more) and say 75% increased life from other sources: (35295+5000)*(1+3.75+0.75)*(1+0.5) = 332434? Area where you summon it doesn't matter.

Check out PoEDB. Zombies naturally have 375% increased life, but I'm not entirely sure how gem level and monster level correlates. PoB will give the easiest value for you though.
