wiki says: "When a target is frozen, it is also considered chilled. As the target becomes unfrozen, chill will remain on the target for an additional duration of 0.3 seconds"
if utility flask has "used when you become chilled" enchantment, does it trigger when you become frozen? if yes, does it trigger immediately (as soon as you get frozen) or only as you become unfrozen? thanks a caboodle! :-) bonzai!!! Last bumped on Sep 29, 2021, 2:26:46 AM

It should trigger when you become frozen based on its wording, but I have not tested whether that is what it does.

Seconding DER_PSYCHOPATH's theory. There are very few exception to the "frozen = chilled" mechanic, the only one that pops in my mind now is being frozen by lightning damage from a player wearing The Three Dragons - which is irrelevant in usual PvE
