Precision aura quality

Does Precision Aura quality (2% increased Area of Effect) increase AOE of my ice crash skill? or it does not effect my ice crash AOE?

AOE of Precision aura only.

You might want to add quality if you found a Precision gem with alternate quality, but unless you have minions that leave the regular range of your Precision aura, additional AoE for a gem with the default quality type is not necessary.
