Flask enchants don't appear on my account

All my mates have flask enchants in their bench, while I do not. Waited a couple patches to wait to see if it'd resolve itself. Unfortunately I've tried everything: making different characters, reloading, reinstalling, etc. It just appears to be missing for me. I still have to spam instilling orbs or ask a mate to craft it for me. Would be nice to see this resolved.
