Summon skitterbots ailment effectiveness calculated wrong

So there is a certain inaccuracy in calculation or tooltip of Skitterbots effect on a monsters

Since it is not too easy for me to change both parameters, I will limit myself to changing only the chill effect, for subsequent tests (tested on my char @ItsaTrapExclamationMark):

Chill effectiveness -> expected value -> in-game value
169% - 26 - 23%
164% - 26 - 23%
152% - 25 - 23%
137% - 23 - 23%

114% - 21 - 18%
109% - 20 - 18%
97% - 19 - 18%
82% - 18 - 18%

109% - 20 - 17%
104% - 20 - 17%
92% - 19 - 17%
77% - 17 - 17%

54% - 15 - 12%
49% - 14 - 12%
37% - 13 - 12%
22% - 12 - 12%

Items in test:
Summon Skitterbots 23(21+2)/23 - 22%
Awakened Unbound Ailments 6/20 - 60%
Divergent Bonechill 21/20 - 55%
Helm w "of Shaping" - 12%
Jewel w non-damaging ailments effect corruption - 5%
Abyss jewel w effect of cold ailments - 15%

Look like any gear don't change actual number, only gems (I tried on/off Skitterbots between each tests, tried change instance - do nothing, swapping gems take effect instantly).

I really hope that is just a visual bug.

Probably this is the minion skill gem ≠ minion itself issue.

The offence tab shows total ailment effect of the skill gem, if you would be able to apply the ailment with the skill itself then your calculation should be correct.

The skitterbot minion is the owner of chill/shock aura, there is no way to increase the effect of ailment caused by minion other than by using a support gem. Shaper item/jewel mod does nothing to the chill/shock aura used by minions. Minions are not you™®
Problem: impostor syndrome
Solution: nerf everything
Result: depressing mess

I thought about it. But this does not change the essence of the claim - something must be corrected. If this is the case, then the tooltip.

The Skitterbots are minions, so sources of increased ailment effect that don't affect minions will have no impact on their chill or shock values. You are not applying the ailments, your minions are.

The numbers from your testing also confirms this, it's only when you add your non-gem sources (none of which impact minions) that the numbers differ from your expected result.

This is not a bug, just misunderstood mechanics on your part.

Stat screen shows those ailment mods for any skill, even if it can't inflict them by its nature.

I understand the mechanics, while you do not understand the error in the tooltip. I cannot use this skill in a direct way under any circumstances, so it should not be affected by modifiers that do not correspond to it.
Okay, for example - I have, say, Chain Reaction, this AOE bonus is not shown on skills that COULD be traps (but not a trap at this moment), or on skills that have a TRAP tag, but they are not traps.

In principle, this is what I am talking about. A tooltip should not show something that doesn't really affect it. Ailment effectiveness for skills supported by Elemental Focus, amount of Frenzy/Power charges for totems etc.
