Where is Maim rating?

I have the M on my skill from the gem, but when i look at my offensive tab i dont see a %.

Supported Skills deal (15-30)% more Physical Damage
This will be factored into the tooltip. Enemies Maimed by Supported Skills take (10-14)% increased Physical Damage This will not. The enemy conditionally receives extra damage. Maim itself is simply a 30% movement speed slow debuff. |

There used to be a section in your char that shows your % like with crit.
My gem has 30% chance to maim and i have 2 clusters with 10%. There is nothing on my stats sheet that shows maim now. |
