flask is not working-Divination Distillate Large Hybrid

Hi, my concern is the same as the thread in 2018, https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2075806. This regards to Divination Distillate. But I didn't see if it was resolved or not. Thus, below is my concern.

My Divination Distillate Large Hybrid Flask on my Ascendant Lvl 89 in Expedition League seems not working properly or probably i missed to understand something. I clicked all the flasks I wear in Hide Out and also during farming...and all were being consumed after clicking the appropriate button (even right clicking them) and only this Divination Distillate Flask is not working. The flask doesn't consume it's charges when you hit the button to use it, although it makes the flask-use sound. I am not sure whether the effects do accur. However, if i continue to right click on it or press the designated button several times even just by standing in Hide Out or in farming area...i would see that it is being consume. This Divination Distillate Flask provides (but not only)+50% Elemental resistance during flask effect and this is why i equipped this flask. Kindly enlighten me on this.

In the previous post, there was no way i could continue the thread, thus i thought of making anew. And they acknowledged it was a bug but didn't find it whether it was resolved or not.
The flask mods increased quantity of items found and rarity during flask effect. I would want to use this while killing mobs and opening chests. So it means i have to be hit first so i can get mods after healing myself? What if i get 1 hit elemental attack by boss and died, I won't be able to get the chance of having +50% elemental resist? Like increasing your resistance by using the flask before going to war.

Anyway...if that's the case...that sucks.
