Chests will not open

On Xbox one, I frequently cannot open chests. About 1 out of 3 will not open. I get the icon for the A button and I press it but nothing happens. Tried resetting the Xbox, exiting and reloading the game, changing batteries and it is still happening. A button works fine for everything else, just this and the lock boxes with monsters.

Do you have any skills bound to A? Usually this can cause issues with interactions, especially if the skill has a cooldown. | |

adam... that issue was marked fixed already are you now saying that its not fixed? why was it taken off the list if its obviously not fixed?
