Rog skip craft will perform the skipped craft on the next use of upgrade.

I had the option to reroll prefixes 3 times choosing best option and I skipped. Upon hitting upgrade for a +1 tier to 4 modifiers it rerolled prefixes.

Just had it happen again on a jewel skipping reroll suffixes (10 rolls) going into reroll prefixes (6 rolls). The skipped craft was specifically the 5th craft in the menu for that item.

After more testing I realized its happening specifically on the 5th craft. If you skip the 5th craft the 6th craft will do whatever the 5th craft was. Edit: even more testing shows its inconsistent but I've only had it occur on the 5th craft being skipped.
