+1 to all Physical Spell Skill Gems and +1 to all Physical Skill Gems

Just to be sure, what's the difference between the two exactly ?

I guess "+1 to all Physical Spell Skill Gems" doesn't work on gems WITHOUT the tag "spell".

And the "+1 to all Physical Skill Gems" would work on any active skill gem with at least the tag Physical.

So the goal was only to exclude pure physical gems (like Cyclone) from "+1 to all Physical Spell Skill Gems", even if I don't really see the point.

But who knows, maybe I'm missing something.

Yup. There is wording like that all over the game. Gem tags are key words, a unless every tag matches then it doesn't apply.
