new system update 8.52 kills me ps4 pro

updated me ps4 pro around 6th august new update wiped me hard drive and will not reinstall. Is there anyway i can put the poe ps4 account on me xbox one? so i dont loose all the tabs etc i paid for on poe and toons trophys etc?.[Removed by Support], can anyone help.Or it means starting all over again AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRR!!!!!bloody sony.
