Boneshatter and Concentrated effect

Do they work? in the pob they do, but im unsure weather it does in game
The gem has an AOE tag, but its a strike, and in the game UI it doesnt affect the dmg of the skill Last bumped on Aug 5, 2021, 5:19:34 PM

area modifiers will affect only the AoE component of the skill, the shockwave or whatever it is. The initial hit is a strike, it does not deal area damage thus will be unaffected
