I'm a user enjoying Path of Exile.
I'm inquiring about something during the gameplay.



Cruelty Support

(0-19)% increased Effect of Cruelty granted by Supported Skills
Supported Skills deal (15-24)% more Damage with Hits
Cruelty has a Base Duration of 4 seconds
Hits from Supported Skills grant Cruelty



Inquiries about support gems.

The support gem gets a buff called "cruelty" on hit.



A 6link : Toxic 5link+Cruelty

This connection applies a brutal buff to the toxic rain.



My question is as follows.

A 6link: Toxic 6link

B 2link: rain of Arrows - Cruelty

Does the 'Cruelty' buff obtained using B skill also apply to A skill?

Cruelty buff description:

"

Skills supported by Cruelty Support deal more damage over time.

As Ludvator pointed out, only supported skills will benefit from the Cruelty buff. However, if you supported both Toxic Rain as well as Rain of Arrows with Cruelty support, then both skills would benefit when either procced the buff. Other support gems such as Maim produce an effect beneficial to non-linked skills.
