Phase Run and Rage Vortex Interaction

Hello,
Through my anecdotal testing, it seems that phase run does not work with Rage Vortex. I expected to get the "more melee damage" for all 3 seconds of duration of my rage vortex as it counts as "1 attack". "snapshoting" Is this intended or a possible bug? Thanks Last bumped on Aug 1, 2021, 7:04:40 PM

Phase Run only gives you the damage buff for it's secondary duration, as described on the gem. When that duration is up, you lose the bonus.
