Hello Grind Gear,
I've been getting this error for 2 days now. My internet is fine and my pc is a medium-end laptop. I've been getting this error every time I go into a zone where the world loads up, I'm really frustrated and it's ruining my experience with Path of exile. I've tried VPNs, they seem to work but my latency gets to 400+ which is unplayable and I lose a lot of XP doing so. Please suggest a solution.
Thank you.

if a VPN "solves" the issue, then sadly it's a local ISP issue like routing / peering points or something like this.

Please try to provide a 300+ packet WinMTR to your HO instance IP and to a play instance IP.

Also what PoE gateway are you using ??
What other PoE gateway have you tried ??

I usually use the Singapore gateway and I've also tried the US and Australian Gateways. Pretty much every gateway is having this for me.
Can you elaborate on the solution please?

well you yourself said that when you use a VPN then problems is solved but you get latency issues. This, in my opinion, proves that you have some sort of issue with your current ISP. The reason for this statement is that when you use a VPN your trafic is routed differantly on the internet.

Thatøs why I asked you to provide some WinMTR data when NOT using a VPN so maybe we could see the problem and maybe help you in how you should contact your ISP.

See if you can find the issue, Thank you.
