Shared Suffering (from Leper's Alms) does not work on ignite

This season I built a Physical/Crit Shield Crush Champion and I thought I could use Leper's Alms to deal with ailments, but when played several maps I found I can properly remove chill, freeze (with a Kaom's Roots) and shock, but only ignite I could not remove from my attacks (both non-crit and crit hit don't work).

I've ruled out several potential reasons, including monster ailment immunity from map affixes, secondary burning effects from some skills (e.g. monster's burning arrow), and I just found out that I cannot remove any ignite ailment from any damage sources in a map without any affixes. And of course, I don't use Elemental Focus support since it's a physical dmg build.

I think you are right. I tried whirling blade without brutality support and i can remove my ignite and inflict ignite to monsters.
