Expedition rewards untargetable with blasts

I am on a ps5 but i dont think that matters.
i have had multiple expeditions spawn remnants and chests that cannot be targeted with my blasts. The targeting is very clunky (yes i see that it tries to snap-to blast-able areas) but often the rewards spawn in ways that it is impossible to target them. Maybe i just am doing it wrong? I dont know if the expedition area needs increased, the algorithm that generates the terrain needs adjusted, or if it is intended to have rewards that are unobtainable. Thanks. WTF is wrong with Expeditions on XBOX, I cant plant bombs at all, I mean it says LS + Select ( xbox controller ) and it brings my inv up or nothing at all. How does this work, I am literally starting to take this personal as no one esle seems to have this problem.

Hi,
You can manually adjust the placement with Right Stick, it should not snap to anything unless you are running too far from the Detonator or last placed Explosive since there is a limit to how far you can place explosives from each other. In order to enter placement mode you have to push the Left Stick in and hold it, then press Select. | |

This happens almost every expedition for me on ps5 if the area is narrow and at the edge of the expedition the curser simply stops functioning and glows red it will never reach the chest/markers near the edges

yall need to play the game on console there are so many problems. This one is particularly annoying since excavation is my favorite event.
