[3.15][TEXT GUIDE] Build General's Cry IMBA starter 70+ MLN DPS, deathless with transendence!

№1. Starter passive skill tree

Anoint amulet with Cleansed Thoughts.

Rings - Steel Ring. On one of them we are definitely looking forCurse Enemies with Vulnerability on Hit, with #% increased Effect,if this affix is absenton gloves. We also wantelemental resistances and as much HP as possible. You can increase DPS if you find prefixes:
