Expedition did not spawn in Quarry

Loaded the Quarry in act 9. Cleared the whole map and no expedition, even checked boss room.

Tested this 3 times over and each instance did not spawn, is this intentional?

" since always? there has always been some restriction, but in lvl 60+ areas it used to work regardless of character level seems they were not happy with this "common strategy" IGN: Eric_Lindros

" It got nerfed because of the Quarry trick. Seriously, this was mentioned why it got bumped. You can do this in the The Ossuary tho as its usually right in the same place and its easy to navigate |
