Expedition Logbook Sarn Slums Bugged

The sarn slums logbook area, and probably many other expedition explosion mechanics, are bugged when elevation comes into play.

Right now I can't place explosions on a heavily grave/remnant/chest populated area because it's on the low ground compared to the preceding explosion chain. The explosion placement just snaps to anywhere on the high ground and it's completely impossible to place it on the area where I should be able to, or else I'm missing almost 50% of the map.

Pictures show moving my mouse slightly to one side or the other, which I assume would just allow me to place the explosion right in the center, but instead just snaps to areas on the high ground with nothing there.
