Berek's respite + prolifiration issue with explosive concotion

With explosive concotion and ignite prolifiration, Berek's respite stopped creating a chain reaction if AoE of ignite or elemental prolifiration reaches over 20 units.
For test i used Elementalist with heart of destruction node and AoE cluster neat witch starter position. If i use lvl 1 elemental proliferation support it proc chain reaction with ignites, but if i take lvl 20 ignite profiliration support with large basic AoE it's stop working
Update: Abberath's Hooves have the same problem

My build has the same problem. Please fix

Yeah, just checked

I decided to try a build with similar mechanics, but ran into a problem. It turns out it's not just me.

Fix proliferation, plsss, GGG. Almost impossible to play ignite

From my testing it appears the proliferation works if the skills which ignited does NOT have the ignite proliferation support gem.

When it's socked the ignites do not spread, when its unsocketed they do.
Perhaps the ignite prolif is credited for killing the enemies and not your ignite and thus it does not spread?
