Failed to Open Filter File

Created a new filter from scratch, synced to PoE but getting the error mentioned in title. Seems to happen with the "follow" function for filters as well.

There seems to be an issue with the loot filters. I posted yesterday, I don't even have the drop down under the UI tab to load one. I've got them synced to my account and downloaded and in the proper folder and still nothing. Playing this game without a filter is aids.

Loot Filters are now found under the "Game" tab in the Options rather than UI. Might this be the cause of your issue? | |

It might be the cause of the issue for the guy that didn't know the drop-down moved, but for everyone else the game is giving an error because the folder does not contain the files for the filter, even though the filter is being followed or sync'd.

Loot filter saved in the PoE profile, can see it in the "Game" section, but it's just doesn't loading. In the previous patch all worked fine

Also encountering this issue. I am selecting a filter that I followed through the Path of Exile website. The error message says "Failed to open filter file". Following that is a path: /Documents/My Games/Path of Exile/OnlineFilters/G4AtJ5

" I am having the exact same issue. When I save the filter myself it works fine. But when I use the "Sync with your poe profile" option it saves successfully, and it shows under list of item filters, when I select it then it gives the error "Failed to open filter file". The folder in question is empty. I have restarted the game every time I changed the filter. Didn't fix the issue. I've tried syncing a new version of the filter. Same issue. I've also tried verifying integrity of game files of poe through steam and didn't solve the issue. Any ideas? |

I have the same problem.
It is weird because I tried following NeverSink filters, and I don't have any problem with the SemiStrict filter, but I get this error in the Strict filter and I can't load it. | |

I have the same issue. It is trying to load a file named Ld6QrhB from D:/Documents/My Games/Path of Exile/OnlineFilters but that folder is empty. I am using the Item Filter function from this site which had worked for me in the past.
Can someone tell me how to manually copy that file into that folder. |
