yup.

the worst nerf of all coming in 3.15 is mana costs, managing mana is fucking horrible if you aren't leeching it.

worse than that, most builds will likely exceed the basic leech limits and actually need to invest in larger leeching pools or more mana cost reductions.

skills that used to take 1 passive and maybe 1 ring to contain their costs will now likely take triple that.
In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice.
In practice, there is.
Yes, it costs mana.

First of all, they haven't mentioned a nerf to the - mana cost stuff. especially for lots of low cost spells, this makes a HUGE difference.

Then, we maybe need to adapt a little more. Right now CWDT and CoC was mainly focussed on spamming massed of triggers in order to shred everything. With the changes to come, we should maybe think more into less frequent but more powerful triggers.

The only thing that bugs me personally about this change is, that spellslinger still has the same reservation, while we have to pay for the triggered spells now. If not removing the cost, at least a reduction of like 50% or a lower reservation would most likely have been more fair.

Btw, before someone asks again: no, spellslinger isn't mentioned explicitly in the patchnotes but they have conformed that you have to pay for the triggers at reddit.
You say Prison Cell, I hear 'Holiday'.

I apologize, I was assuming that I'm not the only person here, who has already overcome the whining phase.

The new mana multipliers on almost ALL the support gems is going to hurt!
