what levels where

sooo first of all, after spending years in poe i litteraly see the raceing part of the forum for the first time :o

seondly, since delirium i play very activly and that also means i play multiple characters etc.

now comeing to my question from the titel, what level am i supposed to have in certain areas if i want to go fast? meaning, am i overleveld if i am lvl 13/14 at mervail? am i underleveld when i am lvl 27 going into the docks then temple etc?

i dont want a full list for every zone or the like, just a rough overview what levels i should have where and when to grind for levels where
