When are we getting the 80% point investment towards next supporter upgrade feature PC players have?

In PC, direct point purchases (80% of it or so) gets invested towards your next purchaseable supporter pack upgrade.

Any news on this?

Is this automatic on PC now?

It's been my understanding that the way this works is that it requires you to contact support to make the purchase.

You could try contacting support, but they might not be able to do anything, because on PC they control the whole purchase process, while on console it goes through Sony/Microsoft first.

We do have this, though I had the same issue noticing it a while ago. After you have purchased say tier 1 of a pack, look at the beginning of the supporter pack list. It will show the upgrade one at a lower price, while also showing the full priced one in the normal line up.
