Hatred and % increased aura effect

Does increased aura effect buff both the "% more cold damage" and "gain % of physical damage as extra cold damage" of Hatred Aura or just the more damage one?

I'd say both of them, since they both count as "aura effects" applied to everyone that is influenced by that aura

it scales both, part of why Hatred is such a strong aura.
