Minions + poison = useless because

Minions are considered monsters, so they deal 2 times less poison damage (10% of the hit damage, and the player is 20%), which makes the poison minion archetype useless.

Please fix this situation.

It's useless for clearing groups, but 10-20+ minions attacking a boss would result in poison stacking very fast.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

MFers found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on them. I am not so foolish.

now damage from poison does not make sense, because any other damage will be many times more powerful

The reason for this; is because of the completely fringe case that is 'Severed in Sleep / United in Dream' + 4 White Socket 'Triad Grip'. Works off physical damage obviously; but converting all physical minion damage to chaos damage will delete most things very quickly compared to just physical damage alone. While this doesnt realistically make the poison proc any stronger (since its working off the same damage values as before); it does allow for greater damage to be done (as most things have less chaos resist than physical resist).

But I havent tested that setup in a few patches; so it could already be nerfed with changes to monster / boss resists etc.

Also keep in mind that Severed / United + Skeletal Mages is essentially insane map clearing speed. With proper setup you can spam multi-casting multi-bolt mages that just blanket entire screens with projectiles; each one able to proc poison hits. Im not sure if that last one is actually a bug since the mages shouldnt be doing physical damage; but they still do proc poison (or used to).

gloves convert physical damage to chaos. on skeletons mages it does not work.

and in general, everything that you wrote does not make sense to do, because any other items and support gems will give more damage than poison (and this damage will be instant)
