Is it against the rules to use two accounts at the same time?

I am considering using two accounts next league and level them at the same time. Is this against the ToS ?

No. As long as you controll each character manually you can even run two clients at the same time on one PC. Not more than 2 clients per physical machine though.

Anything more will need to be run on a separate PC in the room (i.e laptop on the side). ~ VMWare and other types of emulators for running more than 2 clients on a PC is not allowed. ~ Absolutely no input mirroring allowed; each PC needs to be self-contained with its own mouse/keyboard etc inputs. Fair warning while multiple accounts are perfectly authorized, people have been banned while claiming to have done noting more than sharing resources between multiple accounts. This includes using the secondary account for trades or leveling gems and funneling the profit to your main account. I don't think this is strictly against the ToS, but it can give the impression RMT.
Personally I wouldn't do anything more with the second account than afk for party bonuses. | |

So, two accounts are allowed per computer open at once, adn they are allowed to be controlled by the same player as long as no funky mirroring or automation is taking place right? So... Does that mean I am allowed to have an account open on my second monitor or my laptop and have it just stand at the start of maps so I can get more drops? Or is that self boosting of some sort and not allowed?

I play two accounts and got my second account banned!
I was running two clients on the same PC without using VMWare, no input mirroring. All I did was play two CWS builds, controlling one at a time with my own hands. I even purchased $10 worth of stash tabs for the second account. It got banned after trading a large amount of currency, like chaos orbs. I sent a ban appeal, but it’s still Pending Review... So, playing two accounts at the same time seems ridiculous—it feels like a trap! |
