had to think a bit, what is a "minecraft rider"?

My mate has a late 70's BMW K75 he's been tinkering on for a few years now. The computer is archaic and irreplaceable, but everything else has been through at least one upgrade/replacement. New windshield, new crash bars, new battery cage and wiring, new clutch, seat and cargo bins redone and reupholstered by hand. She purrs. Unfortunately due to COVID and no places to go, he's stuck trying to clean out his old gas without risking starting it up and ruining it.

Oh and for some reason the last 4-5 years the battery charger has been unable to salvage the battery over the winter...it is completely dead and won't hold a charge even after only a week. We got him a snazzy $400 smart battery tender this year and *knocks on wood* so far so good, we'll see once he drops it in the bike and actually flips the switch. That thing has eaten far more than that in batteries every year so if this works, it's paid for itself.
