How to obtain the awakened support gems ?

Hi guys. I am new to POE. Just wondering how do I get the awakened support gems in the game? Can I use ''Dialla's Subjugation'' card or it has to be dropped from killing the guardians like Sirus, Al-Hezmin etc.

Also, you can use Maven's Hidden Realm points in order to further increase the chance for Sirus to drop an Awakened Gem by 50% (as in, if Sirus has a 1% chance to drop a Gem, now he has 1.5%)

EDIT: and, of course, the most obvious answer - buy them if you are rich enough

It is not that rare if A8/A9 Conquerors

BUT, there is a lot of gem in the pool and probably some gem are more rare due to the pool is weighted, it is not that possible to target farm specific gem. (trade market exist)

Also

lv20 GMP is dirt cheap. Even only 5% success rate, it is profitable than buying an awakened GMP (or awakened spell echo) . Just the harvest craft is rare instead and costly to buy it from other player.
