Hmm you might want to work on your armour as it seems low you can fix that by going for the steel skin nodes near the duelist starting zone and also im assuming your not running many if any auras because of blood magic?
You can try specing out of blood magic and either running a blood magic gem in place of life leech or get some mana leech on some of your gear so you dont need those gems then you can run grace/determination which can help greatly with defense. Also try out using enfeeble which is a great curse.

Some small changes to grab extra armour and enduarance charges without speccing out of blood magic. I would say its almost mandatory to have 5 charges at the least.
