Game turns to rainbow pixel mess at times

This latest one happened during a delirium mirror run.

Also earlier today my Win 10 warned about hd space running out, I then found out that during one of these pixely events my gpu driver/whatever created a +20gb file in my Nvidia GLCache folder.
