Loot filters not working as expected

My loot filters are not working correctly. It loads completely fine and I can drop the .filter file in the folder where they need to be and they show up in the list.

However, whenever I select one (no matter which one) it looks like it defaults to a certain loot filter. Images below.

All 4 images are with a different loot filter (even though it doesn't look like it). The default option (none) works correctly but the 3 other ones are 100% different files, so I'm sure it's not an issue with the .filter file.

The 2nd images is done with linking the filter to my PoE account. The other 2 are manually downloaded. So I assume that's not the issue either.

I have tried multiple loot filters, even deleted all of them from my PoE account.
I have also completely reinstalled the game.
Can anyone help?

We have no idea what the parameters of each filter is, so nothing in the screenshots are indications that anything is wrong.
You need to be much more specific (ie are wisdom scrolls supposed to be hidden in one of them?).
My bad. The 2nd image shows Neversink's preset "Very Strict" (which, yes, shouldn't show wisdom scrolls). The "Soft" filter is one I made on Filterblade which should show everything, and the "Test" filter is the same as the "Soft" filter but has different colors (green/red/purple) for the items on the ground instead of the yellow/brown/orange it is displaying.

Hope this helps. If you want any more information please let me know.
The 2nd image (linked filter) should be working correctly as it is in blue and thus linked directly from filterblade (unless it is a copy).

As for the others they do not have an extension on them. How are you getting them from filterblade into your PoE directory?

From the download tab on filterblade do you click on 'option 2:download file' tab, name it then the blue 'download' button to save the file onto your computer then manually move it into the PoE folder on your computer?

When I do this it shows the file in the in game UI as the 'name.filter' Since yours do not show the .filter that is the only thing I can think is causing the issue.

Good luck.
Thanks for responding so quickly, I think I have found the issue. On Filterblade there is a category for "Leveling Currency" which is a special rule in zones below level 65. I was testing my filters out in the Delve hub which is a zone of level 34. When I disable the rule or go to an area >65, it works as intended. Thanks for taking the time to help me <3.
I didn't even think about that...lol. Glad you figured it out.
